The Ural network is still expanding and new dealerships are being setup and trained. The bikes are relatively easy to service and your owners manual describes regular service activities. The IMZ-Ural website has a lot of backup information if you are located away from appointed dealers or wish to do your own service.
Warranty - All Ural sidecars have a full parts and labour warranty for two years with unlimited kilometres. Ural pride themselves on the reliability of the new Ural product and their warranty service.
Spare parts - The parts book for Ural bikes and sidecars is on the website (http://www.imz-ural.com/support/parts.htm). Ural Australia stock a good selection of parts and in the event you need an unusual or out of stock part we can airfreight it from Seattle where comprehensive stocks of parts are held.
